my eye when I first saw it and I haven’t been able to put it down since getting
it! There’s something about being able to ‘go with the flow’ and still
accomplish my goals, have energy and feel good whilst doing it. I mean who
wouldn’t want that right?! As women we often find ourselves in situations where
we have to choose between productivity and our health - well not anymore! Alisa
offers a revolutionary 28-day plan to do more and stress less!
I was encouraged by the reviews I read
online where other women were talking about how this holistic approach has
created a positive change in the way they eat, work out, manage their time and
work! I’m particularly passionate about
solutions which cover as many bases as possible because then I feel more
supported and more likely to succeed. Alisa successfully demystifies the
science of hormones whilst encouraging us to unlearn all the disempowering
misinformation we’ve been taught about our bodies. She offers an alternative
view of the female body and experience… one where we are in sync, hormonally
balanced, not dealing with the likes of PCOS, chronic fatigue, infertility, PMS,
being overweight and lifetime teenage skin as a norm! She invites us instead to
tap into and benefit from the magic which has been within us from the
beginning.
One of the most exciting concepts
presented in this book is that we as women have our own biological rhythm based on something called the infradian clock
and how it can enable us to get more done and in less time by tuning in and
going with OUR flow! I highly recommend In The Flo by Alisa Vitti for all
